I guess this is just a bug, but my lich fighting strategy consists of having Nalia poly into a mustard jelly so that the 100% magic resistance allows the rest of the party to sit back while the lich blows all his spells on Nalia. Unfortunately, after the second fight Nalia did not resume human form, so it seems she is forever to be a mustard jelly. I even sent her back to the Copper Coronet after reforming the party to see she would revert back, but there she is, a big green blob next to the bar table. I guess she found work as a condiment.

Sounds like a bug. I guess that you have to reload.

try Greater Restoration. it cancels polymorph, in addition to just about everything else.
