When I served a mission in Mexico, I ran into ALOT of this, and me and the guy that was my travelling companion were frequently called on to cast out the bad spirits. I have done this here in NC as well for my boss at work.
The proper phrasing is to do it in the name of Jesus Christ. Tell them to leave in His name, and it will work. There is nothing to fear, because those evil spirits cannot really harm you. They do not have tangible bodies, and can only do you ill will if you are weak of mind. You are not a weak minded individual, and are stronger than they are, but they do not want you to believe that.
So...prove it to them.. They hate it when they are ignored or laughed at.</font>

2/ Tire yourself out.. when you are exhausted you can't give a **** about ghosts or what not...

Drink yourself into a stupor, BTW, this isn't necessarily joking advice, Larry said that they hate being ignored, and if youstart laughing at walls I don't think any spirits woul be amused.
But if that doesn't help, I don't know, obviously if you are a Christian, you could try Larry's advice, I don't really know how anyone would sort that sort of thing out.
I can't help much though because I don't believe in them.

I have'nt even seen the ghosts less then being able to describe them.All I know is they are scaring the crap out of me.

so what were the weird things you are seeing? shadows flitting on the edge of your vision? that sort of thing?
