Mine is when people start copying mme and my friends when we do stuff that we made up nd they say they started or when my friends sit there calling me names or going "(whispered)Andrew,Andrew!" when i'm trying to listen to the teacher or doing my work.Or they sit there annoying me and i yell at them aand they go "mad kitty!Mad kitty!,mad kitty!" i got so ticked one timem that I socked my friend in the jaw and then bloodied his nose for saying that my girlfriend was going to write me a letter that says "stop sending me these stupid letters!I have found a boyfriend that is going to atleast live in the same town as me!You're so stupid!Your dumb!" man those things just tick me off. SG, you wouldn't last long in my group of mates then...I think our AIM is too piss our best mates off, and get them in trouble in any way possible.
Makes life fun....sometimes I get a bit mad, like the other day, my mate put my keys in the vender at college. Had too pay £1 to get them back. BASTARD!!! I only get mad when we take our jokes too far, but I do it too, so I let it slide. The life of a 17 year old. Wouldn't swap it. |
Other people called Andrew. No offence someguy, but in the same room they really bug me. For example:
Chess club at the academy - there were me, andrew howles, andrew rothman and andrew taylor. And another little snot whose surname escapes me. IN a shop - some little toddler comes in and starts climbing into the bargain bin. His mother comes in and shouts ANDREW!. Two of us instantly turn round and yell WHAT? Swim club - andrew1,2,3 and four. (werent too big on surnames in that joint) C/games club - back before handles were allowed there were at least five of us. makes the scoreboard an interesting read. What else. Oh yeah, poorly disigned interfaces in software. For example, the CD software Im using as I type defaults every burn to maximum speed, while every other setting defaults to what you had it last. Result - I just tore a CD in half. |
everyone gets mad sometimes, but kill someone for it....?

When my friend so calls 'Fish Beats' me (it started when he took a little glass rod and beat fish with it). I wouldn't kill him though!

Things I hate? Alarm clocks, brussel sprouts, mathematics, liars, teachers, politicians, driving instructors, rude people and backstabbers.
|
Backstabbers, liars, people who hurt or try to hurt my friends(Emotionally or physically) and people who forget to flush....
|
Things I hate? Nothing....I dislike many things, but I don't hate. Hate is a very, very bad emotion. Hate has been responsible for too many crimes, too many wars and too much suffering.
|
Arrogant/prejudiced people (such as the 'great' mythologist Joseph Campbell), inconsiderate people, and people who don't keep their promises.
That much said, I have to say I'm inclined to agree with Animal. Hate is not a good emotion. But nevertheless, you can't really help it when anger arises in you. I think anger can be considered as a sort of 'test' for you, a lesson in self-control. When you're angry, here is an opportunity offered to you to hone yourself. How do you keep your cool? How do you keep yourself under control instead of blowing it? And one thing I do is take a mental step back and 'look' at my anger instead of identifying with it. Then somehow one does seem to get a bit more cool-headed. Any other suggestions on how to control your anger? I might well have something to learn from you. ;) |
Tai Chi. Develops excellent mental and physical control. Also realizing the consequences of your actions and the potential aftermath that your actions may have. I don't have all the answers, I wish I did. Anger and hate go hand in hand. I seem to remember a post a while ago, Anger leads to the dark side...
