Does anyone know (Im hoping Z will at least ;) ) how the names in the list are arranged..... and how recent is 'recent' is it in the last 15mins like most boards or is it less or is it actually who is ONLINE at that moment?

Try clicking the small, white link above the visitor's names which says 'General Discussion recent visitors:...' this will give you a little more information.
