I just imported my solo thief from BG1, one of the items i picked up along the way was the claw of kazaroth. Now when i got to the shelf where the helm of balduran normally is in Irenicus's dungeon the claw was there in its place now this has never happened to me before and i have imported lots of chars with the claw. Has it happened to anyone else?

Also I know that certain items get hidden in Irenicus's dungeon when you import for example the golden pantiloon's behind the painting, and it seems so does the claw but my question is does anyone know of other items that are brought into the dugeon from you BG1 char?

I tried importing with all the stuff I could remember that was in BG1 but not BG2 (especially Algernon's Cloak and the Cloak of Balduran), but the Claw of Kazgaroth was the only item that made the transition, and in order to keep it, I have to give up the Helm of Balduran. Hardly a fair trade, if you ask me (Even if the Claw is a darned useful item): My Tank was wearing the Helm all the way through the end of ToB.

AFAIK Drizzt's items get put somewhere dont they... but this slightly annoy's him later in the game, no?</font>

nope I had drizzts equip when I imported. I think that Irenicu's is supposed to have sold them along with the rest of you equippment or somthing because when you meet him he still has them all and is pretty pissed at the fact he had to hunt them down again

When I imported a character with the Horn of Kazgoroth and then I went to the Adventurer's mart, I was offered almost 3 million gold for it. Strange items, those Kazgoroths.

So where is the horn located when you import? im going to have to try that too

My BGI character happened to be wearing it.
