i gave the quasit chocolate to quell. he said that i will get answers about ravel puzzlewell from the brothel of intellectual lusts.i think i`ve spoken to everybody but they didn`t say anything important. who should i talk to in order to proceed?

Possibly only hear it as a rumour, but I don't think that this becomes a possibility until you have acquired the Pocket Portal which can only be opened by a piece of Ravel.

You might have to find out some info from some of the crystals at the Sensate faction building if you haven't already. You can only get to them by talking to a certain person inside.

It turns out that this piece can be replaced with a piece of her daughter, get a handkerchief from one of the drawers in the Brothel and talk convince her that she is Ravel's daughter, then she'll give you some blood.
