But it cant be too big, cause I cant use more then a five minutes at top.

Sounds like a job for Londoners

how about "Working in London - STRESS"

being packed like sardines on the train to work?
cab drivers cutting everybody up and doing u-turns where they shouldn't?
poor rail service?
traffic congestion
gits that read BIG newspapers and get in everybody's way
over-priced cinemas/food?

Pick a landmark... The Tower of London, Big Ben, etc...

Lots of touristy type info available online. If you pick one with a history you can get some juicy stuff if your students are older. I like the story of the alleged murder of the Lancastrian boys in the tower of london during the war of the roses (it's been a while since I read that history so forgive me if the details elude me).
