HOW DO I CReATE Characters that other people can download and use???

Well, just play, and then, in the character screen, select "export". It will create a .chr file that other people can use to play.

If you wanna make special characters (with special abilities, or special paperdolls, like elminster or drizzt or a skeleton or something), you should get Gate keeper, you have it in the Ironworks
