They name Figo World Player of the Year - but considering Figo plays in Europe and is European, he should have had it shouldn't he?

Even if you don't agree with that, if Owen is Euro player of the year, why isn't he in the UEFA European Select XI, as Henry and Trezeguet were the two forwards picked.
