LSU won......now what will happen? Oregon, CU, or Nebraska?

Actually, with the thumping Colorado put on Nebraska, I would hope that Colorado goes. Nebraska definitely shouldn't go, just for getting smacked around like that by Colorado. Colorado are the champions of the Big 12. Why would anyone want number 2?

On a positive note, I was absolutely thrilled seeing the BYU crybabies get 72 points thrown on them. Good grief. The quarterback threw for over 500 yards and they had a return man with 300+ yards. Talk about looking ahead. :rolleyes:

Colorado has 2 losses, plain and simple. We lost once to a 14th ranked team. Oregon lost once to 11th ranked Stanford. Go figure from there.

It seems to be a big deal whenever Nebraska loses a game. But, if you think about it, all the teams we play during the season have nothing to lose and usually play their best game against us. Nebraska has everything to lose if they don't win, each and every game. Not to say a few other teams aren't this way either, but it's no big deal if Nebraska wins, but everyone is sure quick to be on our butt when we lose.

Just my thoughts, whatever they're worth.

We'll find out in about 25 hours and 45 minutes. The people on ESPN's Sportscenter were talking this morning about numbers two and three being seperated by tenths or hundreths of a point. Talk about close.

IMHO, the BCS system is better than just relying on the coaches poll and the writers poll though. Writers seem to vote based on their geographic location, while the coaches seem to take everything into consideration.

I just saw the coaches poll, they have Florida 1, Oregon 2, Colorado 3, Nebraska 4. This will be a controverial mess as usual. I'm not a big college football fan but sorta follow it. They need playoffs. I would actually watch that! On the the NFL, how many different ways can the Carolina Panthers lose? A different way every damn week. Getting old yep
