Other than the Bridge district/Twisted rune thing, is there anywhere else that I can use a rouge stone?

I think you can get one off of that ranger in Umar Hills. Once you defeat the Shade Lord, there will be a ranger's corpse around there somewhere... one of the items should be the Rogue Stone. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. ;)

Throne of Bhaal.

Some magic weapons you find in Throne of Bhaal can be upgraded to become more powerful. Some of those upgrades need rogue stones, but you can find more rogue stones in ToB (although it's worth hanging onto a couple of the rogue stones you find in SoA so you can use them for the weapon upgrades in ToB).

The merchant in Mae'Var's Guild will sell some at high prices.

it's R-O-G-U-E stone. R-O-U-G-E is a type of makeup. you can now pass on that knowledge and make fun of others that make the same innocent mistake. :D

Hey now! Thats not nice! Don't make fun of me! Just because I couldn't spell my way out of a carboard box, dosn't mean you can make fun of me!

J/K :D :D

(but I have done that... on an English project!)

The best rouge stone to use is a good quality alabaster, with a clay base. The paste should be mixed thoroughly beforehand, or it will be lumpy. Be sure the liquid ingredient is an oil, since water dries out far too quickly.

Hope that helps.

Sorry. I just can't seem to be able to pass up the opportunity to make fun of someone. and like fable said, make sure you mix it thoroughly BEFOREHAND, or it lumps up on you and make you look like a fool. (only more so than usual. :D )
