If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will come across the Icon Ledgend..

-How come it says "More then 15 replies" with a yellow folder then...
-How come it says "More than 15 replies" with a white folder

If you look again you can see that the white one means more than 15 replies but no new replies since the last time you visited and the yellow one means more than 15 replies and new posts since you last visited.
