I hope to see you back soon Avatar, and remember, you are NOT useless! Don't be so hard on yourself! It's really unpleasant to hear someone as smart and nice as you think that they're worth nothing! And, you have NOT let any of us down, you did your best, noone could demand anything more! So, please, cheer up, look forward to the future and try not to think too much of the past, also, try to read JJ's response to your other thread.....

It's fall and she doesn't like you, you have two excuses to be depressed.

Go cry on someone's shoulder. Hide in a closet for a week. Be tough and go drinking.
But always remember you are NOT worthless. You are alive, and living brings dissapointment with it. But live has great times too. You WILL get out of that cloud of depression, you WILL be happy again, you WILL feel like you're useful.

Cry, please do, there's no shame in that. It'll do you more good than you think. But remember to dry off your tears and pick up your life again soon. Too much self-pity won't do anyone any good.

Good luck, and hang in htere Weisi

I really hope you are not going to do what I thought first after reading this.
If so then please think about it some more
Come on, you can't do that, and definetly not for a girl. Depression can be an ugly thing but believe me, going out the easy way is no solution, Ive been there so I know how you feel. What about all the other people who love you? You are not useless to them. Nobody is useless.

It's just a girl mate. Plenty more where she came from.

Get over it.

Tehmpus, it's not necessarily "just a girl", there are some who are very special and which you cannot find any like ever again, I seriously doubt that it was "just a girl".

Well thanks a lot, that was sooo helpful.

While strictly speaking you were right, it isn't exactly the most helpful thing to say to someone at this point. We all know objectively that there'll always be someone else, and yet most of us have been deeply hurt by love at some point in time, hurt so much that the whole world seemed worthless, and nothing seemed worse than that pain. And even if you will get over it eventually, that is hardly any consolation for the extreme pain love can cause.

Avatar, please.
You're a great guy, really. Don't ruin your whole life on account of this. No matter how awful you're feeling, you are NOT worthless, you are NOT useless.
:( I hope you'll get over this soon, depressions are one of the worse parts of life. You are your own worst enemy :(
