We all have one. Whether we are a guy or a girl. What period of time do you wait, to call someone once you got their number. I'm sure you've all been there, you were out at a bar, or the grocery store, or whatever, and you see her(him) that absolutely perfect looking someone that you can't NOT talk to. So you make you way across the crowded (well wherever) and you approach her(him). You say "Hello" and introduce yourself,and make petty conversation, just sort of testing the water. Seeing if there's that special glimmer of interest in her(his) eyes. You talk for awhile and then it pays off. You finally see the glimmer youve been waiting for. The glimmer of anticipation, neverousness, and interest. You know you have to leave, but this fabulous girl(guy) is just saying almost everything you want to hear, and you don't really want to go, but... You know you need to leave. So you tell your companion you need to get going, and feeling lucky you ask if it would be cool if you called her(him) sometime. She(he) says sure I'de love that, and give you her(his) number. My question to all to you guys is :
"HOW LONG DO YOU WAIT BEFORE YOU CALL HER(HIM)?"

Trent- A day.
Mike- Tomorrow?

Sue- ... Tomorrow, then a day.
Trent- ... Yeah.
Mike- So, two days?
Trent- Yeah. I guess you could call it that.
Sue- Definitely. Two days. That's the industry standard...
Trent- (to Sue. shop talk)
... I used to wait two days. Now

kinda money now, don't you think?
Sue- ... Yeah. But two's enough not to look anxious...

Mike- Yeah, I'll tell her I don't remember and
then I'll ask what she looks like.

Trent- Laugh all you want, but if you call to
soon you can scare off a nice baby who's
ready to party.
Sue- Don't listen to him. You call whenever it feels right to you.
Mike- How long are you guys gonna wait to call your honeys?

personally I always like to get the first call out of the way. the first call is always really awkward because you have no idea of the status of things. I usually wait until the next night and sunday night if its a friday and I set things up for the next weekend, then I make another call back during the week to make sure everything is still cool for that weekend. Then your on the first date and the waiting game is over, or is it......

You actually call back and don't just say it?


Sooner the better to be honest though
If you both feel the same then they will be just as eager to hear from you and vice versa
If they not interested then its gonna be best to find out asap so you know where you stand [img]smile.gif[/img]
