Man, you don't post for a month, and the whole board changes - update for those who care - relief might be in sight - we are suppose to "re-evaluate" the division of labor in my department. Instead of having A: 15 teams of 6 (my has only had 3 for the last four months) we are going to have 3 teams of 30 and B: instead of the Senior passing out 10 lead files to everyone and having the first person on the team get 8 closing off of it, and the second person on the team only get 2, the Senior is only going to pass out the files that can close as they come in - Oh, incase anyone is wondering, I work for a Top Five Banking Industry in the USA and I work for the Mortgage Section. Not very much fun, but LOTS of overtime - 20-30 hours a week. Keeps me away from here, but I've been able to pay a lot of stuff off.

But I'm digressing - bottom line - all the people who are doing what I'm doing are going to have more even amount of the work load. [img]smile.gif[/img] Which might mean less OT, but also less stress. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yeah me. I'll keep you all informed of any changes, good or bad, and I miss all of you - even you, 250. [img]smile.gif[/img]
