Aight Y'all... I've been running around like a maniac slaying liches, and I've killed three (Bridge, Unseeing Eye Quest, and a random one in the hidden room in the Inn at the City Gates), and two of them (the first two) gave me golden arms and legs, and a golden torso, respectively. Where's the head to make the evil skelington?

Look for the "head" in the Docks District...especially scout apparently empty houses ;)

Use use the golden appendiges to reconstruct Kangaxx the lich, his tomb can be found in the unmarked house in the docks district, but be careful, he is extreamly tough so hav a protection from undead scroll at hand ;)

You have all parts. There are no head. The pieces are parts of the body of Kangaxx, the Demi-Lich.
Take the parts you have to the Docks District. Go outside the Sea Bounty Tavern. South of it, you'll find a house with a locked door. Pick the lock, and open the door, but be aware of traps! Go down the stairs, and find out the rest yourself from there... ;) </font>

Lol, I may be dumb, but I don't understand which house you mean. There must be over 50 of them in the game, please clarify!

Go to the docks district in athlaka(spelling?) and look at your map, you'll see a mark where stands sea bounty tavern, the house on the right of that, lock pick the door, and then, ....

Random player meeting Kangaxx for the first time with no prior knowledge: "MUMMYYYY!"

That or... : "What the f**k c**p s**t is this thing? Who the Hell made this guy! Argh! $@$@%@#$!$~#$~#$~#... ...."
