Please, may somebody help me? I was in the Graveyard, and Nalia was adopted from her fiancé, Isaea Roenall... This is quite a disaster for me! I have tried to rescue her, but everything was wrong. I am really in trouble, help me!

When he gets her there is a man that talk to you saying something about Isaea being corrupetd then you should go to your journal and see what is written there.
Did you start playing Baldur's Gate now? |
Well, I have already done what that man in the Graveyard has told me, but when I went to Corgeig Axehand to prove Isaea's corruption he did not want to hear me... he said that my arguments are not enough! This is my problem... and I have not a saved game before the lost of Nalia...
PS: yes, I am starting to play BG2 just now! |

Before going to Axehand, you must do all that is written in your journal, not just one of the things. IIRC, it says many things for you to check out on him, and you must check it all out. ;) </font> |
Well, I have done this: After Nalia's abduction, I went immediately to the Docks, and I have spoken with Barg; than I have followed him into his house (?) at my back, where I have defeated three Minotaurs. Than, I went to the Government District, and I went into Isaea's house. There, I have found a book, which should prove Isaea's corruption. I have brought it, than I finally went to Corgeig, but he did not want to believe me. What is wrong? I am so frustrated!!!
PS: thank you to all for the welcome messages! |

why is nalia so important to you ?
she isn't all that good, is she ? |
Finally I have rescued her! She is important for me because she is my only mage at the moment, and her alignment is good, like mine; moreover, she is a discrete archer and has a lot of spells and magical objects (if there is a better wizard somewhere, tell it to me, please: but not Aerie, she's too weak). I don't want evil caracters in my party: I had Xzar in BG1, and the for the best part of the game was a real torment for me: my reputation was 21 (I play as a good), and every moment he wanted to go away from me (but I can't release him: he was strong and full of magical objects). OK, thank you to all!

Aerie weak? Pfft... ...
Anyway, Imoen will prove to be a better archer than Nalia( although why people will want to use their mages as archers is beyond me ). Imoen has better thieving skills as well. The only thing is, you have to wait until Chapter 4 to get her. Jan Jansen is a neutral Thief/Illusionist, and arguably a better NPC than Imoen or Nalia. You can find him in the government district. |
