<font color="cyan">Ok, Im not asking about the hardest fight,but I am asking about individual enemys that come in groups on the game.

I would say Wolfwares,or Battle Horrors.

Any opinions?

*Yeah I would have to agree with you Lavindathar. battle horrors are pretty hard, as well as the Doom Guards in Baldur's Gate. For some reason greater basilliks give you the most XP, but they are so easily countered(just use protection from petrification and your set)
sometimes the most annoying enemies are sirens. in the early game i always go to that area first to try and build some early levels, and just about the only way to beat the, is to use potions or get lucky by having an elf get a good saving throw against them

My opinion:
Battle horrors are hardest enemies. Sirens with their invisibility and charm spells are annoying.
But for my first level party was hard even Greywolf (boy with Varscona long sword). I kill him but he every kill at least one member of my party, most often Khalid.
