How many of you guys cook, or rather enjoy cooking? I was the chef in my house. (Meaning I cooked a few more times per month than Vanessa, but she liked the sound of that.... http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...s/rolleyes.gif ) Anyhow, I realised tonight that it's been donkeys ages since I cooked a meal.
Tonight I simply threw some herbs here into some soup (Basil, Thyme, Ginger) and it reminded me how I did actually enjoy it. Anyone else? I love cumin in moderation. I think that it can be overpowering very easily if not used correctly. I use it all of the time in black beans and rice.
