Just a question: If swimming is good for you, and makes you lose weight, what are whales doing wrong??

------------------
In the foul darkness one figure will emerge to save the world from evil and despair.... Light flashes as his sword comes down, and thunder rolls through the sky when he points his sword up to heaven to signal his victory....People whisper his name as he walks by, evil tries to hide as they sense his presence nearby.... His name?

Whales weren't made to lose weight, they were made to be fat.

Er.. well, here in Holland, it's a well known question, just for fun. It's like: who was first, the chicken or the egg? You need not answer such questions, it's just kinda irritating, cos you know it's true, but you haven't got an explanation...

I was actually going to ask(honest)that if it was a serious question but then I thought it would come out as a rude statement, we don't have that one here by the way.

You know childhood is over when a puddle seems like an obstacle instead of an opportunity.

They need the blubber to maintain body warmth as they are mammals. Also, the biggest animal in the world, the blue whale is a vegetarian. Imagine that, a vegetarian swimmer is the fattest creature on our planet.

For those interested, the biggest fish (the whale shark) only feeds on plancton... really small yet so big of a fish http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
