the cloak of non-detection is easily one of the best cloaks in the game. Permanent immunity to true sights? it is THE ultimate assassination tool, and works wonders with the Staff of the Magi to boot. Imoen (w/Staff) always keeps it on in my games. too bad Amon always shadow-doors and casts a nasty spell at you if you don't kill him first.
oh well.

I don't remember Amon, do I have any good reason to kill him?

On an unrelated note, I remember in my first game, I had equiped Aerie with the Staff of the magi and the cloack of non-detection, then i booted her so that I could look at the stats of Mazzy. I was never able to see her again to re-recruit her. I had to reload a 30 mins old save. [img]smile.gif[/img]

<font color="teal"> Amon is the Sorcerer with the Pooky imp familiar.... He isnt that hard to kill IMO... i always take out the familiar 1st cause he has a very annoying confusion :( .</font>
