I try to meditate lately, thinking that if you canat least get rest you won´t look all that zombielike next morning. Meditating can be really booring sometimes if you are no good at it (read, Wolfie is to distracted to get anything out of this! http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif ) so I try to get out walking or in orst case get styuck on the net chatting with people and see morning outside LOL..
