You get to it Post-Spellhold. If you took the portal out of the Dungeon, you go right to it. If you didn't then you sidetrack through Sahaugin City and THEN you go to the Underdark!

BTW, it is UNDERGROUND. UNDERNEATH THE OCEAN! :D

ok, thanks. didn't mean to sound dumb. I just didn't see it on the map and I have done almost everything in chp3 except get on the boat. I found parts of things that I was looking for but heard that one more was in the Underdark.
