I'm a cavalier and I've had Vicona in my party for awhile now she has the geas on her and everything but my question is my rep just went up again (18) she got all mad and left saying next time she saw me it would be in battle does this mean she's really gone ? also I did part of the harper thing stayed outside for the second time and I chose the "I will stand by you " option and fought the Harpers was this the correct option or did I blow that too?

Yep, if you want to romance Vic, you would be better off starting a game with a character who is true neutral or lower. You need to keep your rep down or she will become unhappy, the better it gets, the angrier she becomes and will leave as she did with you.
