There are plenty of roguestones later in the game....BUT...

if you want one, you can buy one off the fellow at the front of Mae'Var's guild in the Docks district soon on.

However, I'd warn against doing Twisted Rune too soon...it's a lulu! At least go through Spellhold and the Underdark first; wait until Chap 6 before tackling the 'Rune. ;)

yeah,the twisted rune is hard when you are still low in levels.definitely wait till later(unless you like getting you ass handed to you) :D .
