With neverwinter nights coming up and me spending more and more time on this board our telefone bill keeps rising.
So i deceided to take cable-acces since you pay the same amound of money every month and its quite a bit faster.
Unfortunatly its incredibly expensive so my question to you is;
Does anyone use a cable conection cause im wondering if its worth it.
Or are their perhaps better (=cheaper) alternatives.

i had cable and dsl at the same time before
i did benchmark testing and found the cable to be faster about 90% of the time. almost double the spead of dsl
its worth it

I have a cable modem and I only pay $33.99 per month. Of course, I had to purchase the cable modem.

Slackerboy, I always thought that DSL was faster than cable. Glad to hear that cable is faster.

I have cable for $45/month US. The company has a local monopoly right now. I love it. I upgraded from AOL and now if I can turn pages in a book faster that a web page loads I feel like it is slow.
