<font color="red">Yo guys, I wont reveal the location unless someone asks,but I just found a new sword.Scimitar + 2.I like it,and I even think it is better than my previous weapon,Spiders Bane.It allows for a sheild to be put back on,and is quicker.

About the scimitar, i dont think i ever saw a scimitar in BG, even in Gatekeeper´s item list http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/conf.gif. The only scimitars i know are...

Yea, as Lavindathar said, Scimitars are on TOTSC, and when you install the expansion, it even inserts it into some shop lists, I wondered why i'd never seen it before when I saw it in Winthrops tavern!

I have that scimitar, it's well-known item. It's rather hard to notice, but it is much easier to find if your thief is always detecting traps because its location is trapped. However SpiderBane has such llittle advantage as free action, which saved me a couple of times http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif. Also double damage against spiders comes in usefull sometimes.
