TSR Consulting is a company that acts as the middleman between consultants and employers. Kinda like a temp worker, consultants get paid by TSR, and TSR bills their clients... that is... until TSR asked all of their consultants to sign this waiver, basically relieving TSR of the responsibility of payment for services (until they get paid by the client...) Most of the consultants refused to sign, so yesterday, rumor has it, they were abruptly fired without notice, and ordered to comply with their "no compete" clause (those things are total bullshit anyway).
