i need help!!!!!!

im on irenicus finale but he will not die + the net says he summons 4 demons but they dont arrive.
when i do try and kill him he stays at 'near death' and doesnt die.

what should i do!!!

Where are you exactly, are you in suldanessar, or somewhere else?

I remember this sort of thing happened with me against Bhaal in the dream at Spellhold...he stayed "near death" through another 100 points of damage and I could not kill him. I think it was a bug, I started at my last save and second time around raped him easily.
