I tried emailing you (Ziroc) but it kept coming back as undeliverable so I am posting this here!

When I am posting or replying to a topic my cursor blinks very rapidly and sporadically. It is very, very, very, very, very annoying and is starting to cause headaches and eye strain (and I am afraid of an epileptic seizure http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...es/biggrin.gif). No seriously, is there anything you can do to change this? It happens on both my home and work computer so I know the actual computer is not the problem.

Is anyone experiencing this???????

It is better to keep your mouth shut and appear ignorant,
than open it and remove all doubt!

Mine does it too. I can't begin to imagine why.

So does mine and it is annoying!

I think its due to the lots of smilies available now for our replies. Having so many animations in the screen may cause the cursor to blink.

Memnoch and Ziroc itself will know better though.

Yep, same here...also, my cursor will leave "tracers" of itself behind in the message, making it very difficult to proof, especially when it's close to an "L" or "I". Strange!

You hit the nail on the head, it IS the smileys or the animated gifs in the posts. want me to remove some of the animated smileys and see if it helps

Too bad there isn't a way to see which are most popular and take out the least used ones! http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...es/biggrin.gif Is it only when we use them in our own replies that it causes that problem? My cursor looks fine now.
