Severance is out here Wolfie, I played the demo, but I didn't think much to it, the control system was too "clunky", combat was impossible.

Might be that it isn't running well on my computer, my graphics card is crap (luckily I'm getting a new one today). How do you aim you sword swings, on the demo I was attacked by strange things that looked like the sonic dogs from Halflife, and I was slaughtered. I've just finished the demo for Project IGI, which looks very cool.

Ah, OK, well each combo has a different way of attacking, the most importnt is tho get away and try them. A single button attack, mouseclick is an overhead slash that goes rather high, if you tilt the camera a bit downwards you will be able to hit lower, also tap backwards key and mousclick and you will execute a legsweeping attack, really cool to make skeletons to a pile of bones http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...es/biggrin.gif
lstf and righ tap plus mousclick is left and righ slash, importatn when fighting foes with shields.check F1 in game to see what combos you can execute and which weapons your character is proficient and good with.

Thanks Wolfgir, i'll give it another try tonight, with the new card. I read somewhere yesterday that my old card managed a "staggering" <sarcasm> 21 fps on quake at 1024x768 - 16 colours. I hadn't realise till then quite how poor it was.

Well hopefully with your new computer it will fly!!

I have Geforce 2 GTS and well it is really great. I usually run my games in 800x600 to get alot of performane from it.. Works like a charm

Well I could only afford a Geforce 2 MX, but its 3 - 4 times faster than my Savage 4
