My computer is officially crap, and, quite frankly, I don't want to upgrade it. It plays Baldurs Gate, etc fine, and that's all I need it for.
Anyway, I played the first for about an hour about a month ago, and was hooked. I rented it, but the problem was, my computer couldn't handle it. That's when I found out... *see first two lines Well, The Battle for Middle earth II is being released for the Xbox 360 in two days, and I just happen to have a 360. Question is, for anyone who's played the PC version, should I spend 60$ on it, or is it a waste of money? [ 07-05-2006, 11:40 PM: Message edited by: Kyrvias ] |
Yup, i've played it on my bro's pc pretty much non stop :D and i'm also definately getting it for my 360. I reckon its well worth the cash, i'm spending £45 on it here and the xbox live multiplayer is supposed to be better than the PC version as it has more game modes and pretty much all players have voice coms.

Well, I got it! It's a blast, though the lack of "War of the Ring" mode, and "Custom Heroes" was quite a bummer.
Otherwise, the controls are very well done. Really easy to master. Other than the two HUGE losses, it's better than the PC version |
