The game manual sez you can change the style and color of your hair(among other things) on your avatar. I do not ever get this option. Bug?

The game was released without this and many other features working - I don't know if the latest patch has corrected that or not since I installed the patch but haven't started a new character.

The latest patch does not let you customize your character. Sorry :(

I don't know where that stands in the plan of fixes or enhancements. There are other more game-critical issues to deal with first (like properly accounting for being knocked back when your back is against a wall...)

However, I'd definitely go with the 1.3 patch. What it gives is worth far more than what it takes away.
