I think it happens with the bracelets too. I'm not sure what the logic is there - seems to me you should be able to wear any rings that you want! ;)

I have 14 rings, bracelets and necklaces. Trust me, I know.

At least you can wear 4 of em at the same time, usually it's 2. Weird....as if people in the Forgotten Realms don't have 5 fingers on each hand. :D

I'm wearing 7 rings as I type and that only uses 4 fingers. ;)

I know a little trick to "force the ring/trinket you want to swap. Just temporarily drop the the item(s) you don't wish to wear and then equip the ring/trinket after you drop. Then just re-pickup the other rings and you're set.

Thanks, Paulinator. I'll try that when I get back home tomorrow. I was able to adjust things a little by changing them in and out, but it was frustrating, and didn't result in a "proven" method.
