Where the heck is this guy? I have done all the other little side quests and I would like to finish this one before leaving for Demigoth. I have been all over Bolen Fields and cannot find him anywhere. Can anyone tell me what part of the Fields he is hiding out in? Thank you

I believe he is within sight of the statue I cant remember which direction i think he is south of the statue
i wandered around for so long though that i think he was moving around too.

Ok, I have spent 45 minutes just standing by the statue and another hour wandering around the general area waiting for this guy. I am beginning to wonder if he exists? Any other advice?
