Just bought the game,, am going to load it after I DL the patch. Quick question...why do I have 2 disk 2's?

Wyvern 06-02-2005 12:28 PM

Hmmmm

You should have discs 1, 2 and 3 -

Might be bad packaging?? Can you return it to the store from which you bought it for a replacement??

I have disc 1,2, and 3. I just have 2 disc 2's. They both have the same data on them,,strange. Probably just a packageing error.

In that case, keep your extra disc. You never know when it might come in handy ;)

I also received 2 disc 2's.

strange indeed, but i read several posts by people who recieved two disk #2 disks but they were still able to install the game without any problems.

Did you get the map? A lot of people who got two disk 2s did not get the (paper) game map. If you didn't get the map, I would take your game back and get it replaced.

Well then, they have a serious problem at the packageing plant when they are giving away unnecessary material.

The money they spent on all those extra disks could have went to a programer having the time to put in some of the missing game features.

That would have been nice!!

In many ways I think W&W was more finished when it was rushed to market than DL is turning out to be.
