It look like Rome: Total War. They didn't fix my cursor lag problem so I hate Rome: Total war as strongly as I love Medieval: Total War.

What I'm trying to say is that I'll probably hate Civ IV for the same problem.

If the problem is fixed, and if they found a way to make it so that the computer won't have all his troups patrol the border between your land and his, on his roads, back and fort for 15 mins every turn while you wait, then it sound awesome. ;)
