Argh! Every bit of dialogue in ToB is screwing up! I can't tell what people are saying, and I'm missing vital information. Anybody know what's happening?

Did you install any third party stuff?

If you have installed any custom files, the file dialog.tlk will be updated by them, making it look newer than the version in ToB, meaning the ToB-dialogs won't get installed. I do think tham teambg (http://www.teambg.com) have got a ToB-dialog.tlk for download. Try them.

I have noticed that if you have cheats activated, a key can seem to get stuck in the game and if that is your enter key, then it will be hard to initiate a dialog if it is constantly auto-tapping enter. Only way I found to fix this was to close the game completely and reboot it again from a previous save.
This only happpened to me right at the beginning of the game though so I'm not sure if it is the same for you. I'm just letting you know what was causing my dialog problems is all. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Did you do the full install? I didn't the first time 'round ( how very intellegent of me [img]redface.gif[/img] ) and the ToB dialogue disappeared altogether. Needless to say, I fixed that prob real quick.
