Hi, I have just gotten my hands on a set of Broken Sword 1 and 2, I played #1 through and enjoyed it very much, but when I came to the second I have some problems, it installs fine but when I start playing the game freezes in the opening sequence, I have tried installing on 2 different computers, one with windows 98 and one with windows xp, both have same problem... now when the game is frozen I can't do anything with the keyboard, nothing works, but if I touch the mouse the game closes down with an error message... can anyone help here???

It would be useful if you could post the actual error message you are getting.

ok, the error message says:

DDraw error
FATAL: Cannot create Sprite surface - code 0x80070057 - file \driver96\win95\Scr\Sprite.c - line 1699


it does so on both win 98 and win xp...
