That's an excellent point. I used to hate CS and have no feelings about HL. Now I love love Cs and still have no real feelings about HL except that it's overrated. I guess its the quick, gratifying gameplay, and the social aspect which make it fun.

Speaking of CS:Source, I am also very happy with it. If anyone is ever looking for me, look for the names:

My online name for gaming is Dextrous, so look out for me if you're playing. I'm not very fond of the original Counter Strike because whether you were a terrorist or counter-terrorist, you could choose from four different people... That meant you could have seven other people looking completely different, and you had to work out in a split second whether they were friend or foe... accidentally made a few TKs doing that. :D However, in CS:Source, terrorists look the same and counter-terrorists look the same, so its easier to tell the difference and get more kills [img]smile.gif[/img]

I prefer to play as a terrorist because they've got a particular secondary weapon I like... the dual pistols... YEAH BABY!! :D

Primary weapon is usually the rifle with 727rpm that can slightly zoom in when you right click. If not that, I use the most expensive SMG... can't remember its name.

I thought it was pretty weak myself. Team deathmatch is SOOOO boring I can't stand it, and that's basically what CS turns into online.

CS:S has been quite easy for me so far
its as if headshots are easier or something...
One problem i have with the game is that theres always some sneaky bastard that kills me while i'm playing "shoot the barrel"
