hello everyone! i have a question here...this is my 2nd time playing SoA, and i did the Anomen romance the 1st time, and im doing it this time(for those of you who didnt read im going to start a male so i can romance viconia). but this has happened twice now, im in the fish city and he just said 'wait...one aproaches, and his appearence seems familiar to me...' hes also said that when i was at spellhold, and no one ever comes...so is this a bug? or does someone come if ur in athlatika? and who the hell is it?

I don't think it is a bug.You have reached a point in the romance where a messenger named Terl is supposed to appear bearing urgent news for Sir Anomen.The Messenger cannot spawn in the underdark,Spellhold or underdark exit,and so you have this dialogue.I think that once you get out of there and move to an outdoors area,for example Windspear hills the messenger shall spawn and everything will move smoothly!
