What do i need to do to get the goblin lord in the goblin caves who asks for the piece of paper (which I have got) and a badge (which i have not got). I don't have enough gold to bribe him either.

Please help

If I recall, you get the badge from the goblin you released. You should be able to find him in the tavern north of the fort.

edited: No, I think you have to get that paper signed by him. You get the badge from the guard on the second story of the fort.
