I double click the icon to run the game and it comes up with the picture of the spaceship meaning it's loading. After a few seconds, it will just close down and go to the desktop! I don't think it's my computer because I meet all the requirements, not to mention that I've played it a few times before. I've reinstalled the game multiple times but to no avail. Blast it... Well, I would be grateful for any help so TIA.

Have you loaded all the patches and game upgrades because when the game first came out alot of people had the same problem. Also load the newest Drivers available for your Graphics Card.

:( Well I've posted a thread on the Bioware forum so hopefully a moderator can help. I've noticed that most of the moderators actually contributed to the game.

I just don't understand how it worked on my computer at first but now it doesn't.... I haven't changed anything AFAIK

Have you tried re-install the game again? Some of the files may have been corrupted . Try and uninstall the game and install it again.

By the way, the game seem to be made with a modified version of the NWN engine. It might be possible to edit some parts with some NWN tools.

Yeah I've reinstalled the game, hasn't worked. I guess it doesn't matter anymore because I've had some other problems with the new PC; time to put my warranty to use!

Yeah, now I remember. There was a mod that allows you to play as Jedi in Taris. But You would have to revert it back before joining the Jedi in Dantooine or the game would crash. Is this the mod your are talking about, Luvian?

It's fine, Paladin, no worries. I think I may be discovering the problem, though, as a moderator in the Bioware Forums has pointed out that I may need to download ATi Catalyst 4.2... Hopefully this will now work. BTW, that mod sounds interesting; I will have to check it out.

Yes, that's the mod I was talking about. If he was able to make one, then that mean it's possible.

Maybe not all of NWN's tools would work, but some would for sure.
