Looks very quite neat. From the makers of Disgae (haven't tried Disgae meself though, as no one seemed to want to release it over untill just recently (have preordered it, getting it in may someday), but I've decided it's a great game), made before Disgae it seems.

Looks a bit cartoonish and less than serious... maybe they are targeting anime lovers? Too "cute" for my taste.
