I've played most of the good ole games. The problem is, most of them simply aren't my style. I'm running a decent computer; P4 with 2.8GHz, 512 RAM and a 128 Geforce video card. I'm more of a fan of RTS or RPG rather than shooter, which puts me off a lot of the new stuff coming out.

Anyways, I think that it's time I got a new game. Any ideas?

RTS: Warcraft III is still the best there is.

RPG: There are lots and lots of MMORPG's out there if you are in for that.

PoP,Halo,NFSU,Far Cry,Call of Duty...

Try these:

Gothic 2 - RPG. Quirky controls. Otherwise, it is a real gem.

Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic - RPG. A bit like BG, except in 3D. very fun to play.

Silent Storm - Turn based squad combat strategy game, ala X-COM. Good 3D graphics and quite fun to play. All objects are destrutable, including walls and doors, which opens up to quite a lot of open ended strategies in defeating enemies.

One word: Morrowind.
