It is in First and second person. WHEW! It looks to be cool, I can't wait man!! I see its on the XBOX too.. Hmm, that usually means they dumbed it down a lot--they BETTER NOT RUIN my favorite all time game, or I'll be publicly crucifying them in the press..

I agree with Ziroc, and I love the Thief series. Probably the only FPS I have ever liked.

The graphics look amazing. I can't wait to see Thief upgraded with the latest visual technology. This is one game I think I'll pre-order.

I hope it ain't dumbed down either...I was even considering getting it on Xbox for playability versatility and so I wouldn't have to worry about performance issues (I don't think so though since my system is relatively new and runs NWN's like a charm). Hmmm..I wonder could I use a usb joypad to play it on the PC though...I really hated using keys to target as it kinda hinders the whole game experience.

LOL and the good thing it will be released in the spring so that must say in about 2 or 3 months GEEEEZ i can't wait :D :D

Yes I agree. Will you at least consider adding a new additon to the forums. :D I believe that it would attract tons of former gaming "thieves".

I think a Thief 3 forum would attract too little although a Thief Trilogy forum may be a better idea.

Then again, since it is not really an RPG and so does not contain many puzzles or mentally testing challenges like most RPG's do, people would soon run out of questions to ask. Being an FPS, Thief is and can be difficult at times but the solution is rarely elusive, lying more in skill and precision at gameplay (e.g "I can't get past the two guards at the back door, they always seem to kill me"). There is no real customization of character available (race, class, feats etc.) and usually only one way to accomplish something.

Don't get me wrong, I do love the Thief games but my point is any problems with the game itself could easily be sorted via a good walkthrough.
