Anyone here play this series? I love it. If anyone wants to discuss it, please resond! I love the story to this series and am impressed with the continuity and smart use of time travel. Any thoughts/ opinions?

Everything about the series is perfection. I'm open to anything you'd like to talk about: Raziel's inevitability, Kain's role, the importance of Janos, or the ironic loop involving Raziel and his many "phases".

I accutly like Blood omen better

I never played the Legacy of Kain series, but I think I should get it someday, because I have read the story plot about Raziel, Kain etcetera and it sounded interesting!

I found the latest game to be lacking something... It seemed "silent" somehow-- not enough dialogue. Still, it was very good. Even had a few surprises for me even though we knew what this one would be about. I wonder if they will do another? They tied things up quite well. The only problem I saw was that Moebius-- in the scene in the library with Raziel-- said that Vorador was dead. He cannot be, as he will be/ was in Blood Omen II... I guess Moebius was simply assuming that Vorador must be dead by that time.
Now we are still stuck with the "present" Kain in the past. Perhaps he will journey back to his time to see what changes have been wrought, or maybe he will stay in the past and relive things?
The other thing left to explore is Janos' comment to Raziel that "there is another" to act as balance guardian. Hmmm....

edited: You may find this useful, Arnabas. I spent some time reading what people there had to say, and it seems more than likely that another game will be produced. Turns out, Defiance was produced so LoK could expand its fan base.

Is it just me, or does Haer'Dalis (BG2) sound a lot like Raziel? I'll have to look into this..

Michael Bell plays both Raziel and Haer Dalis, as well as ALOT of other animation and computer game characters.
