Got the game myself today!! Wonderful, truly amazing! This game has great atmosphere and detail. I find the level design to be a little too simplistic, a lot of copying. I'm a little disappointed in that respect. Graphics are top-notch, unfortunately your PC has to be top-notch as well. Im running it on 1024 with all details high, 2x AA and 4x ANI. AA & ANI really produce enormous quality improvement for the grahics, high res and crisp clear textures. I may need to get new parts, because I really believe that this game should be onjoyed to the fullest. Although, *GASP*, prices ...... :(

The story of the game is ok so far, a little simplistic as well, not much depth or originality. The game makes me think of Omikron: The Nomad Soul and frankly, I find that game much better design-wise, how the city's lay-out is structured and so. Nevertheless, their are clear paths to take, light or dark side, something that produces nice results, dialogue and action wise and humor is also part of the game: anyone did that stupid dance yet? I felt compelled to ruin it for the lady, but then again, I am a good guy.

Bought it today and have played about 3 hours. I'm a bit disappointed so far, the game hasn't really grabbed me, and the voice acting, which I heard was supposed to be so excellent, so far hasn't impressed. Most characters' voices are, if not flat, then at least definitely not on par with Baldur's Gate I/II, the acting there truly gave all the NPC's perfectly realized and unique personalities. Maybe I just haven't played enough to have a valid opinion yet, but they say first impression is everything.

Good to see you guys are finally getting the game. Let me know if you want spoilers. And let me know if you get the dreaded Carth Freeze bug.

And then tell me your "funniest NPC" pick. I think overall I like HK47 best, but Jolee gives him a good run for his money.

I had a heart attack for a minute (yes, that is possible :D ) when my disk froze at 79 % install procedure, and it wouldn't work at a friend's computer either. So I raced back to the store, they gave me a new copy, and that one was working just fine...

Now if only I would have enough cash for a new graphics card, and I'll be just fine I can play it alright, but it crashes to Windows sometimes, and I need to have everything at "Low" to get the framerate right :(
