This website isnt only some forums, it has a vevry good RPG games page, called Ironworks, that you can visit <font color='red'>HERE</font>. It has a zone for BG2, with portraits, hints and lots of things (visit it <font color='pink'>HERE</font>). One of these section is the <font color='orange'>CHEATS</font> section, and there you can find the XP cap remover amongst other useful downloads.

So please, check the

There are a lot of downloads on www.teambg.com too, including one which sets the xp limit to -1 (i.e., no limit at all)
