Paladin, it's a name. It sounds cool, well it did when it first came out anyway. Why gripe about a name over nothing more than a technicality?

But apparrently the game saved the companies butt, and they've decided to hang on to the name for a rather imressive franchise. Especially considering how long it's lasted.
